一种可调线阵CCD信号采集处理系统
Adjustable Linear CCD Signal Acquisition and Processing System
【摘要】 在线阵CCD信号采集系统中,实时更改CCD芯片的驱动脉冲频率和光积分时间可以提高整个系统的测量精度,为此设计了一种基于FPGA的线阵CCD信号采集处理系统,此系统可以灵活地调节CCD驱动波形,并可以根据CCD的输出信号调整FIR数字滤波单元的截止频率。系统通过USB2.0接口接收PC机的设定参数对CCD驱动单元和FIR数字滤波单元进行配置,然后将处理数据上传至PC机。实验结果表明:系统控制灵活、集成度高,能够满足线阵CCD信号采集系统多种应用场合的需要。
【Abstract】 The measurement accuracy can be improved by adjusting the driving pulses frequency and the light integration time in a linear CCD signal acquisition system.A linear CCD signal acquisition and processing system based on FPGA is presented.It could adjust the CCD driving waveform flexibly and choose a suitable cutoff frequency of the FIR digital filter for the variable CCD output signal.The system receives the coefficients from a computer through USB2.0 interface to configure the CCD driving unit and FIR digital filter unit,and then transmits the processed data to the computer.Experimental results indicate that the system has the advantages of controlling flexibility and high reliability.Also the linear CCD system can satisfy different acquisition application requirements.
