【摘要】 目的探讨临床实习现状和建立临床实习保障体系的方法。方法分析近年来影响医学生临床实习效果的诸多因素。结果从临床实习管理组织体系、规章制度、临床师资队伍建设、临床实习质量监控体系、科学合理的临床技能培训计划以及以人为本的激励机制等环节建立了临床实习保障体系。结论临床实习保障体系的建立有效提高了临床实习生的实习质量和教学医院的教学水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the current situation of clinical practice of interns and construct its supporting system.Methods Various factors influencing clinical training in recent years were analyzed. Results The supporting system was completed,which included quality-monitoring system,clinical know-how training program,rules and regulations,building of clinical teachers,and people-oriented incentive mechanism. Conclusion The establishment of clinical-training-supporting system effectively raises the interns’ ability and teaching level of teaching hospitals.更多还原
