基于ANSYS的深基坑围护结构变形数值模拟分析
Numerical Simulation of Bracing Structure Deformation for a Deep Pit Foundation Based on ANSYS Software
【摘要】 深大基坑工程是一类复杂的岩土工程,为深入了解基坑的运行规律,需采用数值模拟方法对深基坑的结构因素进行敏感性分析。深基坑工程既有岩土开挖过程又有地下支护结构的建筑过程,其计算域的范围、内容、荷载和边界条件会不断地变化,运用ANSYS有限元方法对这些力学效应进行模拟,在ANSYS有限元计算中,结构刚度的变化是通过改变墙体厚度和支撑高度来实现的。通过调整墙体厚度和支撑高度,来研究不同的墙体刚度和支撑刚度对基坑地连墙弯矩、应力和水平位移、支撑轴力以及对基坑周围地面沉降幅度和范围影响规律。计算结果与模型试验结果吻合,互相证实了该模型试验和ANSYS程序应用的可行性和正确性,对深基坑工程设计与施工具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Deep foundation pits are affected by various factors and have become a kind of complex problem in geotechnical engineering,in order to discover the operation law of the pits,it is necessary to analyze the affecting factors on the structure of pits based on numerical simulation method.Deep foundation pits work includes both the excavation process of soil and the construction process of bracing structure with the change of the computing range,content,loads and boundary condition.In this paper,to discuss such mechanical effects with FEM based on ANSYS,the values of the structure stiffness were determined by thickness of diaphragm wall and height of bracing structure during the caculation of FEM.By changing the thickness of diaphragm wall and height of bracing structure,the effcet of stiffness of diaphragm wall and bracing structure on the moment,stress,displacement,bracing force,as well as on the settlement value of ground nearby is studied.The results of engineering practice illustrates the accuracy and feasibility of this method,and it is worth to popularize this scientific method in design and construction of deep foundation pits.
