【摘要】 目的:探讨施行外伤性白内障摘除、人工晶体植入术的最佳手术时机和手术方式。方法:28例眼球穿孔伤合并外伤性白内障,急诊清创缝合术后,根据晶状体损伤的程度选择不同的手术时机,将患者晶体皮质充分吸除干净,然后植入人工晶体。结果:手术均无严重并发症,视力大部分在0.15~0.8之间。结论:选择合适的手术时机和手术方式,可使外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术达到较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the optimal surgical treatment time and procedure for traumatic cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.Methods:Twenty-eight cases of ocular perforation injury combined with traumatic cataract were performed debridement and suturing.The surgery time was decided according to the damage degree of the lens.After erasing the lens cortex completely,the intraocular lens was implanted.Results:No serious complication occurred in all the 28 cases,and the vision of most cases restored to 0.15-0.8.Conclusions:Proper surgery time and procedure may lead to better treatment results.更多还原
