【摘要】 目的:探讨小脑出血合理治疗方法。方法:对102例小脑出血患者进行回顾性总结,内科治疗96例,手术治疗6例。结果:102例中存活91例,病死11例。结论:对于未出现昏迷而症状较轻的小脑出血患者,保守治疗是一种安全措施,对于病情恶化且出现意识障碍者则应紧急手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effective treatment program for cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods:One hundred and sixty-two cases of cerebellar hemorrhage were studied retrospectively,of whom 96 cases were treated by medicine and the other six were received surgical operation.Results:Of the 102 cases,91 were survived and the other 11 patients were died.Conclusions:For the patients of cerebellar hemorrhage with a mild symptom who are not in a coma,conservative treatment with medicine is safe,whereas for those patients whose conditions deteriorate and whose consciousness becomes blurred,the emergency operation must be taken.更多还原
