【摘要】 目的:探讨绝经后糖耐量减低(impaired glucose tolerance,IGT)者性激素的变化。方法:将绝经后女性分为IGT组25例和正常对照组20例,用化学发光法测定其空腹胰岛素(INS)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)。结果:绝经后IGT组E2水平显著低于正常对照组,而FSH、LH、T、空腹INS均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。结论:性激素是反映绝经后女性糖耐量减低者代谢变化的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of sex hormones in postmenopausal womem with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).Methods:Forty five postmenopausal womem were divided into two groups:impaired glucose tolerance group(n=25) and normal group(n=20).The fasting insulin(INS),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),lutenizine hormone(LH),estradiol(E2) were measured by chemilumine immunoassay.Results:Compared with that in nomal group,the levels of the fasting insulin,T,E2,FLH,LH increased,and E2 decreased in impaired glucose tolerance group.Conclusions:The sex hormones are one of the perfect indexes showed the metabolic changes in postmenopausal womem with impaired glucose tolerance更多还原
