【Abstract】 White LED,efficient and environmental protection,is a new type of semiconductor light source with bright prospect.With special structure and electro-optical thermal characteristics,it demands highly for the driver circuit.Its ways to combine can be in series and parallel,each with its own advantages and disadvantages.In order to drive white LED,a variety of drive circuits have emerged and they all have the characteristics to meet different needs,generally including constant pressure and constant-current drive,buck and buck-boost mode.Constant-current drive mode is with obvious advantages and the integrated circuits are designed for white LED driver designed for can provide constant current.This article focuses on the constant-current drive which is based on the inductor and the charge pump,and presented the actual drive chip as well.更多还原
