【摘要】 20世纪90年代末期以来,并购投资已经超越新建投资成为国际直接投资的主流方式。跨国并购已成为国外大银行发展壮大的重要方式之一。目前,我国银行业也面临以跨国并购进行海外扩张的重大选择。本文以OLI模型为框架,以实证研究为基础,总结、分析了OLI框架下影响银行业跨国并购的各种因素,并根据中国银行业当前的并购形势以及未来发展,为我国银行今后进行跨国并购提出了一些策略建议。更多还原
