酸浆中多糖含量的分析

【摘要】建立酸浆中多糖的含量测定方法.采用紫外分光光度法测定酸浆中多糖的含量.在最大吸收波长488 nm处测吸光度,线性范围(4.286～12.857)μg/mL.测得多糖的回收率为94.3%～103%,变异系数小于0.378 4%.更多还原

【Abstract】 We establish a method for determining polysaccharide in Physalis alkekengi L.var.francheti(Mast.) Makino.The content of polysaccharide in Physalis alkekengi.L.var.francheti(Mast.)Makin is determined by UV spectrophotography.The detection wave length is set at 488 nm.The method is linear within range of 4.286μg/mL～12.857μg /mL.The recovery of assay is 94.3%～103%and the coefficient of variation is 0.378 4 %.更多还原
