【Abstract】 Science &technology achievements transformation in normal university refers to the process that they put the knowledge-based ones into basic research,mid-trial experiment and then transfer them to production force of enterprises,in order to promote the development of national economy.At this stage,the local normal university research has made constant progress and tremendous contributions to the social progress and economic development.However,the rate of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the local normal universities remains low,which is seriously hampering the service function of scientific and technological achievements.
