关于住宅小区风环境的数值仿真

【摘要】 由于建筑间强烈的气动干扰,住宅小区的绕流风场异常复杂。为避免因建筑排列方式不当而导致不良风环境的出现,需要在规划阶段对风环境进行预测并优化方案。结合某一住宅小区风环境的研究,采用以k-εRNG湍流模型封闭控制微分方程的时均数值模拟方法,模拟了该小区在夏、冬季节主导风向下的绕流风场,针对风速场及风压场的模拟结果,分析评价了该小区的风环境。模拟表明,数值方法预测小区的风环境可以为优化规划方案提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 The wind flow around the residential district is very complicated owing to the strong pneumatic disturbance.In order to avoid the bad wind environment resulted from the improper buildings arrangement,the layout project needs to be optimized according to the results of exact prediction during the layout.Combined with the research on wind environment around one residential district,the wind field which is under the dominant wind of summer and winter are simulated with the numerical method which is based on time-averaged method with k-εRNG tubulence model closing the governing differential equation.The wind-velocity and wind-pressure field are shown visually and the wind environment was evaluated.The numerical simulation also indicates that the results of wind environment predicted by numerical simulation can offer the scientific base for the optimization of project.
