冷激波灭火系统扑灭明火现象的机理研究

【摘要】 对冷激波灭火系统的明火扑灭过程进行了阐述,并对过程中各种火焰现象进行了理论分析。实验采用高速摄像机对冷激波灭火系统扑灭湍流扩散火焰的过程进行了拍摄,通过对图片进行分析,发现冷激波灭火系统扑灭明火的过程是一个多重机理相互作用的过程,在整个灭火过程中,各种机理具有明显的矛盾性、层次性、主次性和叠加性。

【Abstract】 The paper takes as its purpose to expound the process of extinguishing burning flames by means of a cold shock-wave system both from the point of view of theoretical analysis and from the multifarious flame phenomena in the course of flame-extinction.In order to accurately analyze the mechanism of the cold shock-wave extinguishing system,we have analyzed the interactional factors involving the various extinguishing mechanisms as well as the causes that may lead to the various extinguishing phenomena.In doing so,we have made use of 4 000 frames per second with a high-speed camera so as to trace the process of the real flaming experiments while the cold shockwave extinguishing system is used for fighting the turbulent diffusion flames,which is formed by burning 90~# gasoline in the 1 m 1 m size of oil basin.Moreover,seriatim analysis has been done contrastively over all the pictures photographed by the camera so as to demonstrate the reasons of various phenomena brought in theory.As a result,we have found that the time of the gasoline flame extinguished can be thought of as a very transitory one,and the form of the air engulfment extinguishing phenomena has resulted in just because of the existence of the pressure gradient field and the temperature gradient field.Therefore,the extinguishing process of the cold shock-wave extinguishing system is by nature a process of interaction of the multiplicity of mechanisms in combination,in the entire fire-fighting process, each mechanism behaves itself in obvious contradictory,hierarchical, primary and secondary order,with some of which are predominant or superior over others.
