HBH-Ⅱ微生物制剂与生物膜法联合处理垃圾渗滤液的效果试验

【摘要】 将复合微生物制剂(HBH-Ⅱ)与生物膜法相结合,以重庆市某垃圾填埋场的渗滤液为研究对象,探讨了HBH-Ⅱ制剂在3种不同条件下对渗滤液的处理效果。结果表明,HBH-Ⅱ对垃圾渗滤液COD和NH3-N的去除有明显影响。反应72 h、低流量间歇曝气36 h、接种量1/10 000(HBH-Ⅱ与水的体积比)、进水pH=8.5条件下,处理效果最佳。HBH-Ⅱ中的复合微生物具有生物增强剂的作用,能明显促进污染物的降解。采用HBH-Ⅱ制剂时克服了以往处理工艺中气味恶臭的弊端,还具有产泥量小、色度去除效果好等优点。与单独使用HBH-Ⅱ处理渗滤液相比,以陶粒为填料的HBH-Ⅱ生物膜系统能够为HBH-Ⅱ的生长繁殖提供良好环境。挂膜成功运行5 d后,COD和NH3-N的去除率分别达到70.58%和72.99%。

【Abstract】 The paper aims to present our research on the Effect of landfill leachate by means of HBH-Ⅱ compound microorganism and biofilm process by taking a landfill site in Chongqing as our case study.When we did our analysis of the landfill leachate,we have found that HBH-Ⅱ can effectively improve the removal rates of COD and NH3-N,by adding HBH-Ⅱ directly > adding HBH-Ⅱ after sterilization > none adding HBH-Ⅱ.Further studies of ours are on the use of HBH-II for landfill leachate treatment as well as the re- moval rate of reaction time,low-flow intermittent aeration time,inoc- ulation amount and pH value of the three treatments.Based on the analysis of COD and NH3-N removal rates,the results turn to be more favorable,which indicate that the optimal operation conditions can be summarized as follows:the optimal reaction time is 72 h,the optimal aeration time is 36 h with the optimal HBH-II inoculation amount being 1/10 000 and leachate pH value being 8.5.Further- more,the effective microorganisms prove to be playing a role as bio- logical strengthening agent,which tends to significantly promote the degradation of contaminants.Compared with other traditional meth- ods,ours enjoys the advantages,such as getting rid of horrible smell in the treatment process,less amount of sludge and better removal ef- fect of color,etc.The study on the combination of HBH-II technol- ogy and biofilm process in treating landfill leachate indicates that un- der the optimum operating conditions,the biofilm system with ceramic granules as filler tends able to provide a better environment for HBH- Ⅱ growth and reproduction,with the higher removal efficiency with COD getting up to 70.58% and NH3-N to 72.99% respectively in a five-day biofilm cultivation.
