三维体系结构的城市消防安全数字化系统研究

【摘要】 为提高城市消防安全水平,根据"功能维—中间维—系统维"模型框架,提出和设计了一个三维体系结构的城市消防安全数字化系统。在该三维体系结构中,功能维是标准化特征维,是整个体系结构的基础,为开发支持城市消防安全的标准化网络平台、建设实际应用系统确定了功能模型。将基础维各层功能封装成组件模块,每个模块由业务处理和通信处理两部分构成,前者用来处理本地业务逻辑,后者则是模块间的通信接口,采用XML/SOAP技术建立模块间的通信连接,并以客户/服务器方式完成模块间的信息交换。中间维是网络化特征维,为开发支持城市消防安全的标准化网络平台、建设实际应用系统确定了分布式模型。采用Web Services技术支持城市消防安全网络系统设计与开发,将不同的功能模块封装成标准Web服务部署到Internet上。系统维是针对具体应用需求利用标准化网络平台所构建的应用系统,由智能化火灾自动报警控制站、城市消防接警指挥中心两部分构成。研究表明,该系统使消防安全报警的可靠性和准确性得到技术上的支持,为城市火灾救援管理工作的信息化、网络化奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 This paper aims to present a renovated three-dimensional digital system for urban architecture fire-fighting and safety rescue. As an integrated engineering system,it is designed based on the com- prehensive application of the up-to-date standardized fire-prevention and fighting facilities,network interactive convenience and systemic engineering.In this three-dimensional system,the functional dimen- sion refers to the system of up-to-date function standardization,which is defined in a functional model established for efficient application practices.The system consists of five levels:the data acquisition lev- el,data manipulation level,condition-monitoring level,safety de- fense level,and decision supporting level.The intermiate dimension is the network dimension,which determines the distribution model of the actual system and the standardized network platform,which is made up of two levels:the bottom level (the system supporting plat- form,which provides the access of general database and exchanging service of the network information)and the upper level (the applica- tion platform,which is universal and configurable).The system’ s di- mension is aimed to program the application system,which includes the intelligent auto fire alarm station and the fire safety control center of the city.The intelligent auto fire-alarm station is composed of in- telligent fire detector,control module,fire alarm controller,and the interface module of the whole network.Its function is to detect the thickness of smog and spot temperature,and then convert the spot signal into electrical one,and then transmits the data of the signal to fire alarm controller.Then,the fire alarm controller receives and processes these data to make a judgment,informing whether the data is status of fire,if yes,it then delivers the alarm signal and initiate the corresponding control module.The interface module of the net- work is in charge of data exchange to conduct the work of the con- troller through the internet.The fire safety control center of the city is in charge of linking all the fire stations with 119,the fire emergency tel.No.,transmitting the data on fire accidents,information-receiv- ing,processing,assessment,control and sort out these data and in- formation into different categories.It is also in charge of delivery of long-distance alarm and malfunction information.Thus,it can be seen that the proposed three-dimensional digital system for urban ar- chitecture fire-fighting and safety is technically advanced and intellec- tually smart,which will do its due contribution to establishing the in- formation-and network-based foundation for urban fire rescue and management.
