超临界CO2萃取高原加拿大燕麦麸油技术研究
Study on Technology of Extraction by Supercritical CO2 in Plateau Canadian Oat Bran Oil
【摘要】 采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从高原加拿大燕麦麸皮中萃取燕麦麸油,同时研究萃取压力、温度、时间对麸油提取率的影响。结果表明:对加拿大麸油萃取率影响的主次顺序依次为萃取压力>萃取时间>萃取温度。通过正交试验确定了萃取燕麦麸油的最佳工艺条件:萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间2.0h,提取率为5.4%。
【Abstract】 Plateau Canadian oat bran oil was extracted by supercritical CO2,and the effects of extraction pressure,temperature and time on extraction rate were studied.The results showed that the order influencing extraction rate was pressure >time >temperature.Optimum extraction condition testing by orthogonal design was listed as follows:pressure 20MPa,temperature 50℃,time 2h,ratio 5.4%.
