【摘要】 对采自吴忠市某奶牛园区的9份临床型乳房炎乳样进行了病原菌的分离、鉴定,从中分离出13株细菌,即5株金黄色葡萄球菌、6株大肠杆菌、2株无乳链球菌。药敏试验结果表明:引起园区奶牛乳房炎的3种主要病原菌对环丙沙星、复方新诺明、氧氟沙星和头孢哌酮高度敏感,对链霉素、卡那霉素、新霉素、氟哌酸中度敏感,对青霉素、红霉素、呋喃唑酮、四环素有广泛的耐药性。动物回归试验结果显示3种病原菌具有致病性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogens of nine milk samples from dairy cows with clinical mastitis in a dairy cow park in Wuzhong city were isolated,and biochemical identified,and drug sensitivity test was did.13 strains of bacteria were isolated.Biochemical identification results showed that 5 strains among them were Staphylococcus aureu,6 strains were Escherichia coli and 2 strains were streptococcus agalactia.Drug sensitivity test showed that all strains were high sensitive to Ciprofloxacin,Compound Sinomin,Ofloxacin and Cefoperazone,and medium sensitivity to Eythromycin,Kanamycin,Neomycin and Norfloxacin.and widely resistant to Penicillin,Streptomycin,Furazolidone and Acheomycin.Results on animal regression test showed that these 3 kinds of pathogenic bacteria had pathogenicity.更多还原
