【摘要】 介绍了欧洲标准EN1784-2003含脂类辐照食品的鉴别——碳氢化合物的气相色谱分析法的标准结构体系和主要内容,简述了该体系对我国相关技术的影响。
【Abstract】 The system and the main content of the European standards EN1784-2003 Foodstuffs-Detection of irradiated food containing fat with gas chromatographic analysis of hydrocarbons was introduced and the impact of the system on related technologies in China was briefly described.
