Knowledge of Plants Genetic Transformation by Agrobacterium
【摘要】 介绍了农杆菌介导的植物原位转基因方法发展状况、技术环节以及在转化机制上的研究结果,并对存在的问题以及应用前景进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The development status of agrobacterium mediated in plant transformation was reviewed including the primary principles,technique know-how and key influence factors.Also the problems and potential application were discussed in detail.
