【摘要】 目的:观察芙蓉膏外敷治疗深部脓肿的临床疗效及其毒性和不良反应。方法:将191例深部脓肿患者随机分为研究组(116例)和对照组(75例)。研究组给予病灶处芙蓉膏外敷,每日更换1次,疗程1周。对照组给予病灶处金黄散外敷,用法和疗程均同芙蓉膏。1周后,记录两组患者局部疼痛缓解、发热消退、血象恢复、肿块消散情况;分别评价两组总体疗效和单病种疗效;同时观察两组局部、全身毒性和不良反应。结果:两组发热消退率、血象复常率比较,差别无显著性;但研究组疼痛缓解率、肿块消散率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组临床总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组单病种阑尾周围脓肿、肌肉脓肿和术后腹部脓肿总有效率比较,差异无显著性。两组局部、全身毒性和不良反应发生率均较低,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:芙蓉膏外敷治疗深部脓肿具有良好的临床疗效,无明显局部、全身毒性和不良反应发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effects,toxicity or side reactions of Furong Ointment in treating deep abscess by external application.Methods: One hundred and ninety-one cases of deep abscess were randomized into study group(116 cases) and control group(75 cases).The study group was treated with Furong Ointment in the infected places externally and evenly,being replaced once daily.A treatment course was one week.The control group was treated with Jinhuang Powder in the infected places externally and evenly.The application and treatment course were the same as those of the study group.One week later,the pain relief,the fever retrogression,the hemogram recovery and local mass dissipation were observed.The overall therapeutic effects and the therapeutic effects of single disease in both groups were evaluated separately,and the local and systemic toxicity or side reactions in both groups were observed also.Results: There were no significant difference in the rates of fever retrogression and hemogram recovery between the two groups;but there were significant difference in the rates of pain relief and local mass dissipation between the two groups(P<0.01),the total effective rate of the study group being statistically higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of periappendiceal abscess,deep muscle abscess and abdominal residual abscess after operation in the study group were not statistically different from those in the control group.The local and systemic toxicity or side reactions were low in both groups and the differences between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Furong Ointment has a fine clinical effect in treating deep abscess by the external application with no obvious local and systemic toxicity or side reactions.更多还原
