【摘要】 目的研究肝豆状核变性(HLD)患者胆囊声像图改变,并探讨其原因。方法超声观察232例HLD患者的肝脏及胆囊,根据不同肝脏声像图的类型将其归类比较。结果本组232例中,有89例胆囊异常,肝脏声像图表现为结节征型、岩层征型、树枝状型、星光点征型、脂肪肝型的HLD患者胆囊异常率分别为80%、31.4%、33.8%、33.3%、22.2%。结论肝豆状核变性往往合并胆囊异常,胆囊异常率与肝受损程度及疾病所处病程阶段有关,超声检查能及时准确的发现,为临床治疗提供重要影像学信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the changes of gallbladder and the course of the changes in HLD.Methods 232 patients with HLD had ultrasonographic study on their liver and gallbladder.The relations of abnormality of gallbladder and the ultrasonic changes of liver were analyzed.Results The sonograms of the liver were classified into five types:nodular type,rock stratum type,tree like type,glinting echogenic dots type,fatty infiltration type.The rate of abnormality of gallbladder of these patients was 80%,31.4%,33.8%,33.3% and 22.2% respectively.Conclusions The patients with HLD usually have pathotogical changes of gallbladder.The abnormality of gallbladder was related to the liver function severity and the stage of the disease.Ultrasonic examination could find the abnormality of gallbladder and be helpful in treatment of HLD.更多还原
