【摘要】 目的调查该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛药的应用现状和趋势。方法对2006年~2008年该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛用药金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果癌症患者三阶梯止痛用药金额、用药频度均逐年增加;吗啡类制剂逐渐成为癌症止痛药的主流;缓控释制剂价格偏高。结论该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛治疗趋于合理,建议进一步加强癌症患者三阶梯止痛宣传,合理调控价格。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To evaluate the status quo and tendency of three-stage analgestics for patients with cancer in Tonging Municipal Hospital.Methods The use of three-stage analgestics for patients with cancer during the period from 2006 to 2008 in this hospital was analyzed statastically il repect to consumption sum,DDDs and average daily costc,etc.Results The consumption sum and DDDs of three-stage analgetics increased year by year,of which,morphine and related drugs had gradually dominated the first places.The prices of sustained and controlled release preparations were high.Conclusions The use of three-stage analgestics for patients with cancer in our hospital is rational on the whole,yet the application of three-stage analgestic therapy for pain relief in cancer patients should be further publicized.更多还原
