【摘要】 目的探讨560颗不同类型折裂及隐裂的后磨牙的治疗措施和效果。方法对不同类型的患牙分别采取调牙合、垫底、充填、根管治疗、截根、牙半切除、修复等措施并进行临床疗效的随访评估。结果除去16颗因病损严重不宜保存治疗而拔除的患牙外,其余544颗患牙经过合理完善的相应处理,随访3~5年,其中疗效评估为优良者505颗,占比92.83%,仅有5颗因全冠脱落未及时粘固而致严重根尖及牙周病变予以拔除。结论对隐裂及折裂患牙进行合理的临床分类并采取相应有效处理措施能最大限度地保留患牙。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To explore treatment and effectiveness of 560 different types of fracture and cracked posterior.Methods Different types of teeth were taken to transfer occlusal,bottom,filling,root canal therapy,cutting the broken root,dental semi-resection,prosthodontic treatment,and other measures and follow-up evaluation of clinical efficacy was conducted.Results Excluding 16 teeth which should not be preserved due to the treatment of serious lesions and extraction of teeth,the remaining 544 teeth after a reasonable and perfect treatment were follow ed up 3 to 5 years,of which 505 teeth are assessed as excellent efficacy,accounting for 92.83 percent,only 5 teeth of fallen crowns due to not timely cement had a serious apical and periodontal disease,therefore,have to be uprooted.Conclusion Reasonable clinical classification and corresponding active and effective measures can contribute to the retention of the treated cracked and fractured teeth.更多还原
