【摘要】 目的建立参竹精胶囊中2,3,5,4,-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法采用Sim pack CLC-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm),乙腈-水(20∶80),检测波长为320 nm。结果2,3,5,4,-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的回收率为98.39%,RSD=0.94%(n=5)。结论本法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为参竹精胶囊的定量分析方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To develop a method for determination of 2,3,5,4,-stilbene giucoside in Shengzhujing capsule.Method The analysis was performed on a Shim pack CLC-C18 column,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(20∶80),the detection wavelength was 320 nm.Results Recovery of 2,3,5,4,-stilbene giucoside was 98.39%,RSD was 0.94%.Conclusion This method is simple,reproducible,and it can be used for the quantitative analysis of Shengzhujing capsule.更多还原
