【摘要】 目的测定成药桂枝茯苓丸中丹皮酚的含量。方法采用kromasilODS-C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为274 nm,柱温25℃。结果丹皮酚在5.02~50.20 mg.L-1的范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为96.92%。结论该测定方法操作简单,结果准确,重复性好,可以用于控制质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To establish an HPLC method for determining paeonol in guizhifuling.Methods The determination was conducted on a kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-water(30∶70) as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,with detection wavelength at 274 nm at a room temperature of 25℃.Results Paeonol showed good linear relationship in the range of 5.02~50.20 mg·L-1.The average recovery was 96.92%.Conclusion This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control.更多还原
