银杏叶提取物对实验性高脂血症及脂质过氧化作用的影响

【摘要】 目的观察银杏叶提取物(GBE)对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢及脂质过氧化反应的影响。方法高脂乳剂灌胃30 d,同时给大鼠灌胃GBE(40,80,160 mg.kg-1),测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的活性,测定血清一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果GBE(80,160 mg.kg-1)组均能明显降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C及MDA的活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),并能显著升高血清HDL-C和NO、SOD的活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论GBE能通过调节脂蛋白-胆固醇代谢,改善血管内皮功能、纠正自由基代谢紊乱、促进抗氧化酶活性等途径发挥调脂及抗氧化作用。

【Abstract】 Aim To study the effects of ginkgo biloba extracts(GBE) on the rats with hyperlipidemia in regulating serum level of lipids and anti-lipid peroxidation.Methods The rats were admininistered with high fat emulsion for 30 days and co-administered with three doses of GBE(40,80,160 mg·kg-1).Then the concentration of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,NO,MDA,SOD in plasma were determined.Results GBE of the middle and high dose(80,160 mg·kg-1) markedly decreased the concentration of TC,TG,LDL-C,MDA in plasma(P<0.05,P<0.01).Meanwhile,it significantly increased the levels of HDL-C,NO and the activities of SOD(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion GBE might be effective in the prevention of hyperlipidemia and oxidation.Its functional mechanisms might lie in regulating serum lipid metabolism,improving vascular endothelial function,increasing the antioxidation of SOD,and reducing serum LPO.
