【摘要】 目的探讨导乐陪伴分娩对提高产时保健质量的作用。方法188例产妇(观察组)采用导乐陪伴式分娩与同期239(对照组)无导乐陪伴分娩的产妇比较。结果观察组产妇剖宫产率10.1%,产后出血量(205±6.88)ml,对照组剖宫产率19.25%,产后出血量(236.84±10.04)ml。两组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),而产程时间,催产素使用率,阴道助产率和新生儿窒息率两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论导乐陪伴分娩,降低了剖宫产率和产后出血量。阴道助产率,催产素使用率以及新生儿窒息率不增加。导乐陪伴分娩在产时保健中起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To explore the role dola-delivery plays in enhancing health care of women in labour.Methods 188 cases of women in labour(observed group) with dola-delivery are compared with the simultaneous 239 cases of women in labour without(contrasted group).Results Caesarean birth rate of lying-in women under observation is 10.1%,with amount of postdelivery bleeding 205±6.88ml.Caesarean birth rate of the contrasted group is 19.25%,the bleeding amount after birth being(236.84±10.04) ml.Marked significance occurs with the two groups compared(P<0.01) while no marked significance arises when two groups compared in terms of birth aluration,oxytocin using rate,vaginal delivery rate,and stifling rate of new-born babies(P>0.05).Conclusion By dola-delivery,caesarean birth rate and postdelivery bleeding amount are lowered with no increase in rates of vaginal delivery,oxytocin employment,and new-born baby suffocation.Dola-delivery therefore plays an important role in childbirth health care.更多还原
