【摘要】 目的探讨微创Nuss手术治疗小儿漏斗胸的优越性。方法2007年6月至2008年7月采用微创Nuss手术治疗小儿漏斗胸44例,男36例,女8例;年龄2岁11个月～16岁,平均(6.25±3.07)岁,Haller指数为2.7～8.3。结果本组44例均顺利完成手术,畸形均得到满意矫正,平均手术时间60min,术后平均住院时间7d,所有患者术后常规置镇痛泵3d,仅1例出现切口感染,并发症发生率2.3%。结论微创Nuss手术治疗小儿漏斗胸具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、效果满意、方法安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the advantages of the minimally invasive Nuss procedure for the correction of pectus excavatum in children.Methods 44 patients(36 male and 8 female,aged from 2 years and 11 months to 16 years,mean 6.25±3.07 years and in Haller index from 2.7 to 8.3)with pectus excavatum underwent Nuss procedure from June 2007 to July 2008.Results The operation was successfully completed and had good outcome.the mean operation time was 60 minutes.After the procedure,the mean hospitalization time was 7 days with the use of PCA pump 3 days.Incision infection occurred in one patient and the rate of complications was 2.3%.Conclusion The Nuss procedure has the advantages of minimal invasion,less bleeding,rapid recovery,satisfied clinical effect,which t is safe and reliable for the treatment of pectus excavatum in children.更多还原
