【摘要】 目的调查影响2型糖尿病患者生存质量的相关因素。方法采用自行设计的2型糖尿病患者调查表和生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)对住院的130例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果多元相关分析发现,性别、医保种类、糖尿病家族史、患病时间、有无并发症、饮食习惯、血糖控制等情况与生存质量相关。多因素非条件Logistic回归显示,2型糖尿病的低生存质量的危险因素为有高血压,高生存质量的保护因素为无并发症。结论多种因素影响2型糖尿病患者的生存质量,尤其是高血压和并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the factors affecting life quality of Type II diabetic patients.Methods Using self-designed general and diabetes specific life quality measure(DSQL)questionnaire to survey 130 Type II diabetic patients in our hospital.Results Multivariate statistical analysis revealed obvious correlation between life quality and gender,health insurance type,diabetic family history,illness time,concurrent complications,diet and blood sugar control.Multivariate logistic retrospective analysis found that high blood pressure was the risk factor for low life quality and no complication was the protective factor for high life quality.Conclusion Many factors affect the life quality of Type II diabetes,especially high blood pressure and its complications.更多还原
