【摘要】 目的探讨人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)AD169株在体外感染SD大鼠新生乳鼠心肌细胞。方法以人巨细胞病毒感染SD大鼠新生乳鼠的心肌细胞,通过相差显微镜、间接免疫荧光观察感染后细胞病变、搏动情况,检测培养液中心肌酶的改变,及鉴定HCMV在心肌细胞内感染的状况。结果培养的SD大鼠新生乳鼠搏动心肌细胞感染HCMV后,细胞逐步出现病变,细胞停止搏动,HCMVpp65蛋白免疫荧光等检测亦为阳性。结论HCMV AD169株可能具有感染SD大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the results of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) AD169 infection to myocardial cells of neonatal SD rat in vitro.Methods After the myocardial cells of newborn SD rat were infected with human cytomegalovirus, we observed cytopathic effect, pulsatility by phase-contrast microscopy, indirect immunofluorescence, enzyme changes in the culture medium, and identificated HCMV infection in cardiac myocytes.Results When myocardial cells of the SD rat were infected by HCMV, the myocardial cells gradually displayed pathogenesis with their throb stopping, HCMV pp65 protein detected positive via immunofluorescence.Conclusion HCMV AD169 may have the ability of infection cardiac myocytes of neonatal rat.更多还原
