【摘要】 目的探讨胸乳入路腔镜下甲状腺手术的临床应用。方法2004年10月一2008年7月,行胸乳入路腔镜甲状腺手术11例。其中,7例为结节性甲状腺肿或伴囊性变,2例甲状腺腺瘤,1例单纯囊肿,1例为乳头状癌。结果手术成功9例,1例甲状腺腺瘤因瘤体较大腔镜下切除困难中转颈部切口手术,1例乳头状癌中转颈部切口行根治术。无神经、甲状旁腺损伤,无气管损伤。所有病人都得到随访,获1年以上随访6例,甲状腺癌随访1年5个月,无复发转移。结论胸乳入路甲状腺手术具有操作方便,美容效果良好的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy via chest-breast approach. Methods From October 2004 to July 2006,endoscopic thyroidectomy was performed on 11 patients via chest-breast approach.Among the patients,7 had nodular goiter,2 had thyroid adenoma, 1 had thyroid cyst,and 1 had papillary carcinoma. Results The endoscopic thyroidectomy was succeeded in 9 patients;one had large thyroid adenoma,was converted to open thyroidectomy;another had papillary carcinoma of the thyroid,was converted to open radical thyroidectomy.No injury of the nerve,parathyroid glands,or the trachea was found.All patients were followed up, 6 patients were followed up more than 1 year ,1 patient with papillary carcinoma have were followed up 1 year and five months , have no recurrence or metastasis. Conclusions Endoscopic thyroidectomy via chest-breast approach is a convenient and effective method with good cosmetic results.更多还原
