【摘要】 目的评价合肥市2005～2008年保持无脊髓灰质炎工作情况,为巩固无脊灰成果提供依据。方法利用Excel软件对合肥市急性迟缓性麻痹病例监测系统及常规免疫报告系统的数据进行分析。结果合肥市2005～2008年<15岁儿童非脊灰AFP病例报告发病率分别为1.86/10万、3.00/10万、5.50/10万、4.00/10万,分布于全市7个县区,各项监测指标均达到国家要求。病例免疫史分析显示,未全程免疫和不详者只占8.20%。结论合肥市保持无脊灰状态工作措施落实,有效地支持了无脊灰状态的证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the current situation of sustaining polio-free status and stabilize the achievement of polio-free in Hefei city from 2005 to 2008.Methods The latest data reported by AFP surveillance system and routine immunization reporting system of Hefei city was analyzed with Excel software.Results The results showed that the reported incidence of AFP cases among children under 15 years old from 2005 to 2008 were 1.86/100000,3.00/100000,5.50/100000 and 4.00/100000 that distributed in 7 countries,and all indicators of the most prefectures did attain the criteria issued by WHO at provincial level.Only 8.20% cases were not detailed and not administered 3 doses of Oral Polio Vaccine(OPV) through analyzing the immunization history of AFP cases.Conclusion So the AFP surveillance and OPV immunization should be strengthened continually until there is no polio in the world.更多还原
