【摘要】 目的:探讨严重创伤患者的心理状态,给予及时合理的个体化心理干预,帮助重建健康心理。方法:通过建立良好的护患关系,解除疑虑,安抚患者及家属,情感支持,健康教育等措施,对患者进行护理。结果:通过心理干预,严重创伤患者能面对现实稳定情绪,积极配合治疗康复。结论:行之有效的心理干预能有效帮助患者减轻心理压力,增强战胜疾病的信心,促进患者全面的身心康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mental state in severely injured patients,confer rational individual mental intervention in time,help them to reestablishhealthy psychology.Methods:To establish satisfactory nursepatient relationship,relieve anxiety,comfort the patient and the family member with emotional supportand health education,and carry on nursing to the patient.Results:Through effectivemental intervention,severely injured patients could face reality and set minds at rest,coordinate to treat the recovery positively.Conclusion:Effective mentalintervention is able to help patient to lessen mental stress,enhance confidence,promote physical and mental recovery from illness.更多还原
