【摘要】 目的:分析胸部创伤病人的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:对200例胸部创伤患者的致伤原因、损伤类型及治疗方法的选择进行回顾性分析。结果:全组治愈198例(99%),死亡2例(1%)。结论:大多数胸部创伤患者给予保守及胸腔闭式引流治疗可治愈,对并发其它器官损伤者应给予积极的手术治疗,防治急性呼吸窘迫症、MODS等严重并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analysis the clinical characteristic and treatment of thoracic trauma patients for promoting the level of treatment.Methods:Retrospective analysis the injury cause,injury types and treatment of cases who had thoracic trauma.Results:Of the 200 cases,198 cases(99 %)were cured and 2 cases(1%) were dead.Conclusion:Thoracostomy tube drainage is commonly used in thoracic trauma.It can cure a great number of patients with this disease.Patients should take operation as soon as possible when another organ is injured.The serious complications such as ARDS and MODS should be treated as soon as possible.更多还原
