【摘要】 目的:总结脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)监测在危重病人救护中的应用效果,为临床救护提供依据。方法:对EICU病房81例患者,连续进行SpO2监测,了解机体氧合功能,指导调整吸氧流量,及时给予气管插管、气管切开,选择合适的呼吸机工作条件,为撤机提供参考,以及转运病人时评估患者的呼吸循环功能。结果:SpO2监测能及早发现低氧血症,早期给予人为干预,为危重患者抢救赢得时间。结论:SpO2监测能为EICU患者的救治及护理提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to summarize the effect of monitoring of SpO2, and provide references for clinical first aid and nursing. Methods: 81 cases in EICU wards have been undertaken SpO2 monitoring, to know the oxygenation function of the mechanism, to instruct the adjustment of oxygen inhalation, and to carry out tracheal intubation and tracheotomy in due time, and to choose appropriate working conditions of the ventilator, and to provide reference for the removal of the machine, and to evaluate the patients’ respiration circulation function when transferring patients. Results: SpO2, monitoring can identify hypoxemia as early as possible. Earlier intervention can win precious time for rescuing severe patients. Conclusion: SpO2, monitoring serves scientific references for the rescue and nursing of the EICU patients.更多还原
