【摘要】 目的:探讨人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋部疾病的手术方法及疗效。方法:回顾分析69例行人工全髋关节置换术的髋部疾病患者的临床资料。结果:术后5年随访69例,关节功能评分90~100分43例,80~89分23例,70~79分3例,随访表明髋关节置换术的优良率达94%,效果满意。结论:人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋部疾病疗效显著,只要选择好适应证、做好术前准备、选择好适合的假体,则手术是安全的,手术的效果良好,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the technique and the clinical result of artificial total hip joint replacement on the treatment of hip joint diseases. Methods: The clinical data of 69 patients with hip diseases treated by artificial total hip replacement were investigated retrospectively. Results: All the cases were followed up for 5 years. According to the hip joint function scale, 43 patients scored 90~100, 23 patients scored 80~89 and 3 patients scored 70~79. The excellent and good rate was 94%. Conclusion: The clinical effect of artificial total hip joint replacement on the treatment of hip disease is remarkable. With strict operative indications, complete preoperative preparation and suitable prosthesis, the operation is an effective and safe method with rare postoperative complications.更多还原
