【摘要】 目的:总结腹腔镜技术在腹部剖腹探查中应用的经验。方法:回顾分析因腹部外科疾病的性质、部位不能完全清楚的情况下,选择腹腔镜探查诊治28例患者的临床资料。结果:全组治愈,其中仅7例中转开腹。结论:腹腔镜诊治腹部创伤具有术后恢复快、安全性高、准确性高、并发症少、病死率低的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to summarize the experience of the application of laparoscopy in abdominal exploration. Method: retrospective analysis of 28 patients selecting abdominal exploration due to unclear abdominal disease position. Result: all were cured, only 7 cases with conversion to open surgery. Conclusion: Laparoscopy diagnosis and treatment ensures sooner recovery, higher safety, higher accuracy, fewer complications, lower death rate and etc.更多还原
