【摘要】 目的:在原有治疗桡骨下端骨折方法的基础上完善及提升。方法:利用中药外敷及夹板固定方法专门治疗桡骨远端骨折。49例中,男31例,女18例;年龄20~55岁;病程为3天以内。均有摔伤史,前臂皮肤无破损。X线提示骨折类型柯氏骨折27例,史密斯骨折10例,桡骨茎突骨折12例。结果:患者均得到回访6个月~1年,平均9个月,除1例出现不良反应外,均恢复良好,骨折无畸形成角,再移位出现。结论:中药外敷夹板固定治疗桡骨下端骨折的损伤特点,具有恢复快,副作用小,费用低,有效的加速骨折的愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to improve and enhance the original treatment of Distal Radius Fractures. Methods: Distal Radius fracture, use the special treatment of Chinese Traditional Medicine External Application and Splint Fixation. Clinical treatment on 49 cases of radial fracture with this method, 31 cases of male, female 18 cases; 20~55 years old; the course of disease is within 3 days. All have the history of fall, and non-damaged forearm skin. X-ray prompt type Colles fracture 27 cases, 10 cases of Smith fractures, radial styloid process fracture in 12 cases. Results: patients in this group have received a return visit after a period of 6 months to 1year, 9 months on average. With the exception of an adverse response, the rest prove a good recovery, without deformity angle or shift. Conclusion: the treatment with Chinese Traditional Medicine External Application and Splint Fixation is consistent with the characteristics of Distal Radius Fractures, and with rapid recovery, low-cost, less side effect, and effective acceleration of fracture healing.更多还原
