【摘要】 目的:探讨钬激光前列腺剜除术(HoLEP)和经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的术后疗效和护理工作效率。方法:通过对两组患者术后置导尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间、膀胱冲洗水量、平均住院时间等方面行统计学处理和分析。结果:两组患者术后留置导尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间和水量、平均住院时间和术后并发症HoLEP组较TURP组明显减少(P<0.001)。结论:HoLEP组与TURP组比较治疗效果完全相同,术后出血少,术后留置导尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间均较短,并发症较少,可明显提高护理工作效率和质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to Compare postoperative care of holmium laser enucleation of the prostate(HoLEP) and transurethral resection of prostate(TURP),reduce care work,Improve the efficiency and quality of care.Methods:The statistical processing and analysis through the two groups of reservations catheterization time,bladder irrigation time,bladder irrigation water,the average time of stay hospital and other aspects.Results:HoLEP group was significantly decreased than TURP group in reservations catheterization time,the time and volum of bladder irrigation,the average time of stay hospital,the postoperative complications(P <0.001).Conclusion:HoLEP group has the same therapeutic effect as TURP group,but less postoperative bleeding,shorter time of postoperative reservations catheterization and bladder irrigation,fewer postoperative complications,the efficiency and quality of care was improved significantly.更多还原
