苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物/铜的氧化物复合微球的制备与表征(英文)
Preparation and Characterization of Poly(Styrene-Co-Methacrylic Acid)/Cu2O(CuO) Microspheres
【摘要】 在温和条件下通过静电作用成功制备了苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(poly(St-co-MAA))分别与Cu2O、CuO形成的复合微球.所得样品的微结构和化学组成分别经过了X-射线粉末衍射、透射式电子显微镜、选区电子衍射和红外光谱表征.结果表明:poly(St-co-MAA)微球表面光洁,粒径约为440纳米,单分散性非常好;所制得的poly(St-co-MAA)/Cu2O微球单分散性好,平均粒径约为800 nm;而包裹在poly(St-co-MAA)微球表面的CuO纳米粒子呈棒状结构.本文提出了复合微球形成的可能机理.
【Abstract】 Poly(styrene-co-methacrylic acid)(poly(St-co-MAA))/Cu2O and poly(St-co-MAA)/CuO microspheres were successfully prepared by a mild condition through electrostatic interaction.The microstructures and chemical compositions of the as-obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy equipped with selected area electron diffraction,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.It was found that the as-prepared poly(St-co-MAA)/Cu2O microspheres with mean diameters of ca.800 nm were well dispersed,and rod-like CuO nanostructures were coated on the surface of polymer microspheres.The possible mechanism for the formation of the composites microspheres was proposed.
