【Abstract】 The recent economic recessions in Europe and America lead to the slow-down of China’s economic growth.Such slowing economic growth has in turn delivered increasing pressure on the employment of college graduates in China.It has been suggested that given the guidance of national employment policies,college graduates make employment decisions based on personal realities,engage in the job market with full psychological and technological preparations,and target at appropriate employment path.It is suggested that to improve professional skills be critical,while employment path be meeting the demands of job market.College graduates are also expected to passionately march ahead,and to start their own businesses in order to increase employment opportunities.更多还原
