【Abstract】 One of the effective solutions to food safety is to establish completely the food recall system.There are such four ways to meet the consumers’ basic requirements to food safety: establishing the legal system,constructing the complete monitoring system,guiding and encouraging enterprises to recall actively the defect foods,and intensifying the combat with recalling behavior either negative or refusal.更多还原
