南疆地区某猪场猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型的PCR检测
Detection of Porcine Circovirus Type 2(PCV2) in Tissue Samples of Pigs from a Farm in Southern of Xinjiang by PCR
【摘要】 应用PCR技术对来自南疆某猪场的24例疑似病例进行猪圆环病毒Ⅱ检测,共检出PCV2阳性10份,阳性率为41.6%(10/24)。结果表明,该猪场存在PCV2的感染,且感染较为严重。
【Abstract】 Presence of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2) was detected in 24 tissue sample of pigs from a farm in sorthem of Xinjiang by PCR. PCV2 were found in 41.6%(10/24 ) of the samples.It indicated that PCV2 are very common in the swine population.
