盐胁迫对飞廉悬浮细胞的生长及黄酮类物质合成的影响

【摘要】 [目的]研究盐胁迫对飞廉悬浮细胞的生长及黄酮类物质代谢合成的影响。[方法]在培养细胞的不同生长时间添加不同浓度的盐溶液,在接种后不同时间测定细胞的鲜重和黄酮含量,考察不同盐胁迫对细胞生长和黄酮代谢合成的影响。[结果]在接种后第6天,往培养基中加入40 mmol/L的NaCl溶液进行盐胁迫处理,飞廉细胞的鲜重为对照组的0.930倍,黄酮类物质的含量为对照组的2.015倍。[结论]盐胁迫处理可以显著提高飞廉悬浮细胞中黄酮类次生代谢产物的含量,但对细胞的生长有一定的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 [Objective]The aim was to study effects of salt stress on the growth of Carduus crispus L.suspension cells and production of flavonoids. [Method]The cells were treated with different concentrations salt solution at different growth time.Cells fresh weight and flavonoids content were determined at different time after inoculation.[Result]At 6th day after inoculation,added 40 mmol/L NaCl solution into medium,cells fresh weight was 0.93 times than control group,flavonoids content was 2.015 times.[Conclusion]Salt stress can significantly improve the flavonoids content in Carduus crispus L.cells,but inhibit cell growth to some extent.
