正交设计在机械活化木薯淀粉合成高吸水树脂中的应用
Application of Orthogonal Design in Synthesis of Super Absorbent Polymer by Mechanical Activated Cassava Starch
【摘要】 [目的]探索制备高吸水树脂的较优工艺条件。[方法]以机械活化木薯淀粉和丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺为原料,以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸钠为引发剂,用水溶液聚合法制得淀粉基高吸水树脂。[结果]正交试验表明,较佳工艺条件为:淀粉1.00 g,丙烯酸13.50 ml,丙烯酰胺1.50 g,去离子水25.00 ml,引发剂质量比为过硫酸铵:亚硫酸钠=0.024 g:0.016 g,反应温度70℃,反应时间1 h,中和度80%。[结论]在该条件下,所制得的样品的吸液率为去离子水2415 g/g,0.9%NaCl盐水为307 g/g。
【Abstract】 [Objective]The research aimed to explore the optimized reaction conditions of preparing super absorbent polymer.[Method]The SAP was synthesized by mechanical activated cassava starch and acrylic acid-acrylamide in solution using ammonium persulfate/sodium sulfite as an initiator.[Result]The results of orthogonal experiments showed that optimized reaction conditions were:starch 1.00 g,acrylic acid 13.50 ml, acrylamide 1.50 g,deionized water 25.00 ml,ratio of initiator M(NH4)2S2O8:M Na2SO3 =0.024 g:0.016 g,reaction temperature 70℃,reaction time 1 h,neutralization degree 80%.[Conclusion]Under the cases,the absorbency of deionized water and salt water of 0.9%NaCl were 2 415 g/g and 307 g/g,respectively.
