硒对镉胁迫下豌豆幼苗生长发育的影响

【摘要】 [目的]为缓解重金属对豌豆幼苗生长发育的毒害。[方法]研究了不同浓度的硒对镉胁迫下豌豆的种子萌发、植株生长、根尖细胞分裂及过氧化物酶活性等方面的影响。[结果]镉浓度≤50.0 mg/L、硒浓度≤1.2 mg/L时,硒促进镉胁迫下豌豆种子萌发生长、根尖细胞分裂,且降低细胞畸变率;镉浓度≤10.0 mg/L、硒浓度≤0.1 mg/L能提高叶绿素含量,缓解镉的氧化胁迫;当镉浓度达到100mg/L,1.2 mg/L的硒则协同镉发生作用,加剧对豌豆幼苗的毒害作用。[结论]低浓度的硒能缓解一定浓度的镉污染毒害,增强豌豆的抗性;高浓度的硒则协同镉一起胁迫豌豆而产生毒害。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The study aimed to relieve the toxic effect of heavy metal ions on the growth and development of pea seedling.[Method] The effects of Se with different concentrations on seed germination,plant growth,root tip cell division and activity of peroxidases of peas under Cd stress were studied.[Result] At the concentration of Cd ≤50.0 mg/L,Se ≤1.2 mg/L,Se can enhance the seeds germination and growth,root tip cell division,and reduce cell aberration rate under Cd stress;at the concentration of Cd ≤10.0 mg/L,Se ≤0.1 mg/L,chlorophyll contents were increased and oxidative stress of Cd was relieved;when the concentration of Cd was 100 mg/L,Se has the toxic effect coordinated with when the concentration of Cd was 1.2 mg/L,and the toxic effect was enhanced of peas.[Conclusion] Se with a low concentration can relieve the toxic effect of Cd of certain concentration,and cooperating with Cd,Se with a high concentration can produce stress and toxic effect on peas.
