微生物降解有机磷农药的研究进展
Research Progress on Microbial Degradation of Organophosphorus Pesticides
【摘要】 综述有机磷农药降解微生物的种类、降解机理及代谢途径、有机磷降解酶、降解酶基因克隆与表达等研究现状,并探讨有机磷农药微生物降解的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Research status on species of degrading microorganism,degrading mechanism and metabolic pathway,degrading enzyme,cloning and expression of the degrading enzyme gene were summarized,and the development trend of organophosphorus pesticides microbial degradation was analyzed.
