【Abstract】 Stem tips of Dendrobium loddigesii were collected in different seasons and different time segments,they were colored by fuchsin,and the division rhythm of stem tip cells were observed by microscope after squash,and the division index of stem tip cells were calculated.The results showed that the daily division peak of stem tip cell of D.loddigesii was 9:00(division index was 3.3×10-4) and their monthly division peak was May.更多还原
