【摘要】 [目的]研究含有丰富营养的菠萝皮汁对黑木耳菌丝液体发酵生长的影响。[方法]通过在黑木耳的斜面培养基和液体培养基中分别加入4%、7%、10%菠萝皮汁的试验,观察菠萝皮汁对黑木耳菌丝生长速度的影响。[结果]7%添加量配方的菌丝生长速度最快,与其他配方间差异在0.01水平显著,菌丝体干重达到最大,与其他配方有0.05水平显著差异。[结论]含有丰富营养的菠萝皮汁对黑木耳菌丝液体发酵生长是有影响的。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The effect of pineapple skin containing rich nutrition on liquid fermentation of Auricularia auricular was studied.[Method] 4%,7%,10% of the pineapple skin juice was added to black agaric agar medium and liquid medium.The effect on Auricularia auricular growth speed was observed.[Result] Growth speed was the fastest adding 7% to hypha,and there were extremely significant differences.The dry weight mycelia reached the highest,and there were significant differences with other formula.[Conclusion] Pineapple skin containing rich nutrition had effect on liquid fermentation of Auricularia.更多还原
