【摘要】 根据在张掖市甘州区明永乡中南村的问卷调查,总结该村实行国家级"农村小康环保行动计划"2年以来的项目成果及其节能减排效益,估算分析了目前仍然存在的较为严重的污染物质的来源、数量及危害,在此基础上讨论环保及节能减排工作中存在的问题及成因,并针对问题提出可供参考的对策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to survey in Zhongnan Village of Zhangye City,the benefits of the emission reduction and energy conservation projects since Zhongnan village have been practiced the "well-off rural environmental protection action plan" for two years were sum up.The source,number and hazards of the pollutants that are still serious in the village were estimated and analyzed.The existing problems and causes were discussed and some countermeasures for reference were put forward.更多还原
