氯化血红素-环糊精的包合性能研究
Study on the Inclusion Prosperities of Hemin Chloride / Cyclodextrin
【摘要】 [目的]研究β-环糊精氯化血红素的包合作用。[方法]UV法测定包合常数Ka,中性条件研磨制备包合物;HPLC测定包合物中氯化血红素含量及水中溶解度,以考察包合过程及包合产物的氯化血红素稳定性。[结果]Ka显示β-环糊精能够包合氯化血红素,随β-环糊精包合比的增加,增溶效果明显,达73.4~119.6倍,稳定性也明显提高,但包合物中氯化血红素含量明显低于计算量。[结论]过量环糊精能够明显提高氯化血红素的溶解度,增强稳定性,但是包合会导致氯化血红素含量降低。
【Abstract】 [Objective]The purpose of the experiment was to study the inclusion performance of cyclodextrin-hemin chloride inclusion.[Method] The inclusion constant Ka was measured by using UV-VIS detection.To investigate the stability of hemin wherein and after the process of complexation,the content of cyclodextrin hemin inclusion complex and it’s solubility in water were detected with HPLC,respectively,which was prepared in neutral condition by grinding.[Result] The inclusion constants Ka inferred thatβ-cyclodextrin could complexed hemin well. Along with the increase of β-cyclodextrin,the solubility of XS cyclodextrin hemin inclusion complex was improved as 73.4-119.6 times as hemin,so it was the stability.However,the content of cyclodextrin-hemin chloride inclusion complex was lower than theoretical value significantly.[Conclusion] XS cyclodextrin could improve the solubility and the stability of hemin-chloride obviously,while it’s degrading significantly in the process of complexation.
